Every employee of Witzenmann USA is eligible to participate in our 401(k) program after three months of employment. Our program offers a 3% Safe Harbor contribution for all eligible employees as well as a 50% match of the first 6% contributed by the employee.
Employee Assistance Program
As a part of our standard benefits package, all eligible employees and their family members are offered services under our Employee Assistance Program. The program offers services to support Education, Legal & Financial services, Career Assistance, Dependent Care and Lifestyle & Fitness Management.
