Every employee of Witzenmann USA is eligible to participate in our 401(k) program after six months of employment. Our program is considered to be a “Match” 401(k), however Witzenmann USA contributes 3% for every eligible employee regardless of their contribution into the plan.
As a part of our standard benefits package, all eligible employees and their family members are offered services under our Employee Assistance Program. The program offers services to support Education, Legal & Financial services, Career Assistance, Dependent Care and Lifestyle & Fitness Management.
Safety is our first priority. Each of our facilities has an active safety team and emergency response plan. We engage our employees to assist us in identifying potential hazards so that we can pro-actively address them.
