Product Testing

The convincing proof that a Witzenmann product will reliably achieve the required service life even under extreme operating conditions is a successful product validation test under near-service conditions. A wide range of test benches are available for the different types of tests:

• Axial, lateral, angular and torsional load cycle tests and combined with internal pressure or temperature load
• Axial load cycle tests with external pressure and temperature load
• Pulsating pressure tests
• Burst pressure tests
• Vibration tests
• Leak tests
• Operational key life tests

With a well-equipped test facility, in-house machining and an inhouse machine shop, we can react quickly to new testing requirements.
